Wavelock, process of manufacture and also as our original company name, was took over by company ( Japan Wavelock Co.,Ltd ) (now Wavelock Holdings Co.,Ltd ) founder Kinefuchi Hiromi on 1962 from Italy to Japan., TCM company, MR Burno Momarni ,
Wave lock is the technology that alignment of several synthetic fiber yarns (like nylon or nylon filament) in wave shape and processed in between plastic film. Furthermore, physical strength is significantly-enhanced after bonded (locked) the yarns and film into sandwich structure.

Vinyl products which used in agriculture sector achieved high-volume production on 1960. However, it was torn easily. At the same time, textile product was tough but low production volume, only 10cm made within 1 hour even with a coarse texture. In contrast, wave lock available to produce 10 meter per minutes with high-volume production, strong tension and strong tearing strength, greatly-extensible and attracted a lot of attention. That is the reason that wave lock ha s been used constantly about 40 years until now not only in agriculture sector but in variety industry sector.

Adopting the technology of wavelock, we transformed to a pure holding company and changed our company name to Wavelock Holdings Co., Ltd. We spin off Japan Wavelock as a new divided business corporation but still take over the whole business enterprise as we used to be including the trademark [ Wave lock ].
